Hi, I'm Delphine, and I'm passionate about helping students land internships that change their lives.
I covered some of the world's largest institutional investors in a client-facing role at BlackRock, the world's largest asset manager, and earned my FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses.
Before launching my career, I earned an internship every summer throughout college, receiving offers from Rocket Mortgage, Barclays, Citi, and ultimately BlackRock. Along the way, I also became a National Debate Champion, where I learned how to communicate with confidence, think strategically, and stand out in competitive environments.
I created Offer Academy to give students the guidance I wish everyone had access to.
